Biography
Drummer Albert Bouchard has had a very storied music career. His first major band was Blue Öyster Cult, serving as a founding member. In 1981, Bouchard left BOC to pursue a solo career, but fate had other things in mind. As the work continued on the album, his label essentially forced it to become another Blue Öyster Cult album, and so Imaginos came into being. After that release, he did make his break from the group, playing with a number of groups over the years including Helen Wheels, the Mamas and the Papas, Peter Noone, and Spencer Davis. In 1994 he formed Brain Surgeons and has recorded five albums with them. He also performed on with his brother Joe on a disc by X-Brothers. ~ Gary Hill, Rovi
