Primarily a duo -- MC Ra LaMotta and his wife, vocalist Dana Diaz-Tutaan -- but aided by a pair of DJs (DJ Big Wiz, DJ Boo) and a percussionist (Guy Licata), ApSci (short for Applied Science) released their first album, Get It Twisted, on the Australian Elefant Tracks label. Quannum eventually snapped up the group; Get It Twisted was revamped, included a number of new tracks, and was issued as Thanks for Asking in July 2005.
