When they say that I'm too far gone
Tradition keeps me from moving on it
Condones death and excuses hate
But trust comes natural in it's warm embrace
I stand and face this awful place
I don't agree but can not escape
I will not see the same out of date excuse for pain
Hate passed down from father to son and taught to every generation
Will you be the one to break tradition's chain of pain and hate?
