bound to earth
chained in madness
and foolish games
that we like to play
sin and mothers
pain from others
who thinks of home
when it seems so still
its hard to be real
but you must see the salt
in your own free will

and the sun
carries on
drawing me near
and the times
have their lines
in space and rhyme
the beauty we hide

bound to earth
made by air
with a mind to see
past my hurried feelings
fire eyes
mission cries
don't fall asleep
to the treasure you keep

if we run and pretend
we're no friend
of her
how it feels
to admit it's all real
this sphere
guided us here
