Barbara Gaskin (Red Roll-On, Spirogyra) and Dave Stewart (Egg, Hatfield and the North, National Health) combine progressive rock with pop. Their first album, Up from the Dark (1984) featured a cover of "It's My Party" that reached number one on the British charts.
