B-Will
Biography
Baton Rouge, Louisiana rapper B-Will was an early protégé of better-known area rapper Boosie Badazz. Upon his 2013 release from prison, Badazz (sometimes known as Lil' Boosie before getting locked up) began scouting out new talent for Badazz Music Syndicate, a label he started before his incarceration that would grow into a collective of Louisiana's best street-bred rappers. B-Will was one of the earliest signees, dropping notable singles and mixtapes on the label since just after its conception. Notable moments in B-Will's career came with the release of the 2015 single "Every Diss" featuring Big Poppa and Boosie Badazz, the 2016 mixtape Jewella, and the 2017 mixtape FNN. FNN was shorthand for "For Negus Network" and stood as the rapper's most ambitious and fully formed work up until that point, with cameos from Young Dolph and T.E.C. Maine Musik supporting more diverse flows and elevated production. ~ Fred Thomas, Rovi
