Mostly a project for producer Simeon Bowring, Pentatonik balanced early-'90s listening techno with more ethno-oriented ambience. Aside from a handful of singles and EP releases (later collected on Anthology), Bowring contributed tracks to several medium-profile compilations (Trance Europe Express, Vol. 2, One A.D., Amberdelic Space) and remixed for artists including Higher Intelligence Agency, Frente, and Slowly.
