Biography
Brooklyn-born RB vocalist Megan Rochell first gained notice, at the age of 11, as a five-time winner at the Apollo Theater's amateur night. Several years later, she connected with Philadelphia International's Leon Huff and began working on a recording career. One day, outside the Philadelphia International studio, she crossed paths with Boyz II Men's Nathan Morris and sang for him, prompting him to sign her to his management company. After Rochell secured a deal with Def Jam, her first album, You, Me and the Radio, was released in early 2007. It featured collaborations with Ne-Yo, Fabolous, Rodney Jerkins, the Underdogs, and Stargate. ~ Andy Kellman, Rovi
