Landing an Interscope deal just a few months after his musical debut, rapper YXNG K.A quickly became one to watch in the early-2020s melodic trap scene.

Growing up in a housing project in Philadelphia, YXNG K.A's career started almost by accident: after being encouraged to post music online by his friends, the teenager quickly found an audience on social media platforms. Securing a deal with Interscope just a few months after his debut single, the rapper spent 2019 working on his craft, releasing singles like "Whole Team" and "Soul Bleed."
