Underground hip-hop producer DJ Squeeky began the Mo Cheda label in 2001 to release albums by himself and his friends. During various recording sessions, he got the various artists on his label to record an album with one another, 2002's Mo Cheda Mobstas. Boasting hardcore gangsta rhymes and Dirty South beats, the album was a showcase for not only his talents, but the talents of the various rappers he had helped along through the years.
