Temporarily insane
Is this life I live in vain
Sometime I catch me talking to myself
Can anybody hear these voices in my ear
Telling me I'm going down the drain

I used too have a mind but now it's gone, gone, gone.
Everything I thought was right went wrong, wrong, wrong
Sometimes I like to just go out walking in the rain
Could this mean I'm temporarily insane?

I never should have taken my advice
When push comes to shove, too much ain't enough
Somebody's gonna have to pay the price

I go back there now and then
