make love your only mission / be kind without ambition
make time while you are able / sit softly at the table
don't rush before you've started / spare thoughts for the departed take heart when life is heartless / make art when life is artless go slowly in the fast times / first times become the last times like ice becoming water / or peace becoming slaughter
slick talkers go on talking / don't buy what they are hawking fast walkers go on walking / don't follow where they're flocking
so laugh a little louder breathe a little deeper cry a little harder
hug a little closer speak a little softer sing a little stronger eat a little slower sleep a little longer
do less, but betterdrink deep from shallow glasses / one soul among the masses one voice among a million / one atom in a billion
each cellular collision / too small for human vision
each hero disappointed / shall one day be anointed
what ignorance has halted / shall one day be exalted small words of education / transform a sleeping nation small acts of human kindness / end centuries of blindness true providence is weightless / humility is greatness
