woke up to a rainy breath
echoing off my wall
and i knew i wasn't alone
a knock came running down the hall
ooo the rats in town
i smell her coming
ya she's always on my mind
come up behind me with her pearly eyes of death
she put her hands around my neck in total silence
footsteps over my shoulder
and everybody says it's nice
when the rats come round
they know i love em
they can get it while it's fresh
come to the show you'll know exactly who i am
when the future comes
