Ken Cook
Biography
Despite his early promise as a singer, Ken Cook never fully emerged from the shadow of his mentor Roy Orbison. Signed to Sun Records in 1958, he left behind a handful of songs that have delighted archival listeners for decades, including a version of Orbison's Don't Be Runnin' Wild (Problem Child) and a duet with Orbison of I Was a Fool. His other singles included Crazy Baby and Thinkin' Tonight of My Blue Eyes. ~ Bruce Eder, Rovi
