Biography
After Juicy J launched his solo career with his 2012 hit "Bandz a Make Her Dance," the remaining members of Three 6 Mafia carried on under the name Da Mafia 6ix. Re-formed by DJ Paul, the Three 6 Mafia founder recruited crew members Crunchy Black, Koopsta Knicca, Lord Infamous, and Gangsta Boo for the new project in 2013. Their debut mixtape, 6ix Commandments, appeared toward the end of the year, but on December 20, Lord Infamous suffered a heart attack and passed away in his sleep. Knowing that Infamous was passionate about the project, Paul and crew carried on. The Da Mafia 6ix single "Break the Law" appeared in 2014 while the group crossed America on the Triple 6ix Sinners Tour. ~ David Jeffries, Rovi
