These memories are f***ing with my brain
I just wanted to be okay
I'm tired of writing sad poems about you
But you're the only thing I can think about
You pretended to care about me
Seven months ago
I was fine
I was living my life without pain
Without heartache
But the pain still remains
Deep in my chest
It's getting harder
To just take a f***ing breath
You're out of reach
And I'm out of time
But there's something about you
That just can't escape my dark, twisted mind

I'm being followed by a dark shadow
Why did you have to be so shallow
Sometimes my mind is empty and clean
But even then, the memories come rushing back
Like the water in an ocean
Sometimes I become sad and blue
