Teaching myself, how to be alive

On this Earth, and I'll make it mine

There is love but a lot of disrespect
Expect the unexpected except for exceptions
Put yourself out there for your own respect
Peace and love, and then you will affect

I want my sleep, I need my rest
I'm no longer concerned with being the best
Of them all, my concerns, they felt like a test

But now I'm out on my own
I'm the only one left

I never thought I was right
Not on the whole
Piece of the pie, puzzle, or goal
Lift yourself up, tell others you know
How to love one another
And then you will grow

Into the man
You always wanted to be
You'll travel all the land
And all of the seas
Maybe make your own universe
In virtual reality
You'll complete all of those
Future memories
