Answers

Develop relevant, tailored answer libraries for your business’ AI agents. Use our Q&A format to have the agent deliver precise answers, or upload file, website, or other knowledge sources to support LLM-based answers, enabling AI agents to provide dynamic responses to unique questions.

Contact Center

Configure escalation teams and queues to manage escalated conversations in the Contact Center. You can also manage the human representatives that handle conversations escalated from your AI agent, and create canned response templates for your human representatives to use.
