Autonomics has pre-built integrations as well as a robust API for applicable data feeds, alongside webhooks for events and metrics.

Autonomics does not replace your current ITSM. It does, however, complement your ITSM and monitoring solution by bringing robust automation that can autonomously resolve your incident, problem, and request tickets via our robust integration framework.

Autonomics does not replace your current monitoring/observability solution. We do, however, integrate your feed into our solution to autonomously take action on these alerts. We welcome the opportunity to make recommendations if your current monitoring is not meeting your needs. The better your monitoring, the more we can action.

Autonomics currently leverages GenAI to build, assist, and query your knowledge management and IT policies, which our autonomics leverage to provide end-to-end remediation. Via GenAI, you are able to interact with the platform in a low/no-code manner. As a non-technical user, GenAI enables user scalability to yield a lower cost of ownership to drive results and better service.

Today’s common practice is to have tickets assigned to human agents and engineers. In deploying Autonomics, we apply your unique SOP’s to resolve these tickets via our automation library, thereby removing the human-in-the-loop for the most basic tickets and augmenting humans for the more complex. Our approach to automation is to enable your key resources to be tasked with strategic projects and initiatives instead of ITSM tickets.

Via our robust integration framework, we can ingest your knowledge and policy artifacts to customize automations in line with company policies and procedures. With securely integrated knowledge management, your SOP’s and policies are also kept up to date and relevant, not only staying compliant, but also extracting knowledge from your agents and engineers via meaningful use.

Automation only runs against preset actions and requests. Separately, GenAI only runs when queried or prompted. During implementation of Autonomics, automation guidelines and supervisions are established to ensure only approved actions are executing against existing requests, incidents, and change requests. With our reporting and analytics, these automations are tracked so leaders can see what has executed, resolved, or escalated.

Our pricing model is flexible and easy to understand. Autonomics is SaaS or premise-based, and our license and configuration item pricing can be tailored to your requirements. We would be happy to discuss this in more detail. Ask us about our MTTX success-based pricing model.
