You have the right to delete your account or request we delete your account and personal information. Please note that deleting your account is irreversible. We can’t reverse this even if you delete it by accident.

Delete your Account

To delete your account for SoundHound – Music Discovery developed by SoundHound AI Inc.:

1. Sign in to the SoundHound Music Discovery app (Android / iOS).
2. Tap the “History” tab located on the bottom navigation bar.
3. Tap the Settings ⚙ on the toolbar.
4. Tap “Profile” from the list.
5. Tap “Delete Account”.
6. Tap “Delete” on confirmation Dialog.

Deleting your account will:

• Remove your account from SoundHound and all your devices.
• Erase your discovery history.
• Delete your custom playlists.
• Remove all information associated with this account.

This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.

Request to Delete your Account:

You also have the right to request we delete your Account and personal information associated with SoundHound – Music Discovery (Freemium/Premium). Please provide your email address below and we will require account verification to process your request. If you did not register for an account with our App, SoundHound will be unable to locate or delete account and any data associated with your request.

It may take up to 45 days to complete the deletion process after it begins. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.
