You can access your W2 and 1095-C in UKG. (if the link takes you to a blue background, select “View Desktop Version” link below the password box).

  • Username is still your email address.
  • Password has been reset to the default of your birthdate (2-digit month, 2-digit day, 4-digit year). ***For Example 02061982
